2010 CONTEST GUIDELINES:
 THREE CATEGORIES: BIRDS, GENERAL NATURE, &

 GENERAL SCENIC


$50 “DAVID NOLAN” PRIZE FOR BEST IN SHOW

THREE ADDITIONAL PRIZES IN EACH CATEGORY:
 1ST PLACE - $15
 2ND PLACE -
$10
3RD PLACE - $5


THE WINNING ENTRIES WILL BE DISPLAYED ON THIS PAGE UNTIL THE
2011 CONTEST.



ENTRY REQUIREMENTS


1. Photos should be 8X10 jpg files submitted on CDs.
 The CDs will
not be returned.

2.  Maximum of 5 photos per entrant regardless of category.

3.  $5 entry fee per photo to be submitted along with CD and entrant’s
name, address, and telephone number plus each file name and applicable
category for that file.

4.  Checks payable to Northwest Arkansas Audubon Society and cash are
accepted.

5.  All entries must be postmarked by Sept. 30, 2010.

6.  The contest is open to amateur photographers only.

ENTRY LOCATION

All entries are to be mailed with entry fee and entrant’s

information and file information to:

WINNERS

1.  Winners will be selected by a panel of outdoor and nature
photographers selected by NWAAS.

2.  Winning photographs will be on display at the Shiloh Museum in
Springdale on October 16th from 1pm – 4pm. There will also be a
presentation by Lynn Sciumbato of Morning Star Wildlife and
Rehabilitation
Center and a question and answer session concerning
 birds by Dr. Doug James
and Joe Neal, authors of Arkansas Birds.
The event is open to the public.


3.  Winners agree that their entries
may be published as winning
photographs in the contest.
